Chuck graduated from Philadelphia University (known back then as Philadelphia College of Textiles and Sciences) in 1982, with a degree in Textile Management and Marketing, and began his career in New York in the product development group for the Klopman Textured Woven division of Burlington Industries.

Chuck's marketing and brand management career includes 5 ½ years in the No Nonsense division of Kayser Roth Hosiery and 3+ years in the Wrangler division of VF Corp. These positions provided extensive experience in developing and presenting marketing and promotional programs for food, drug, and mass merchandise retailers, including Wal-Mart, Kmart, and Target.

Chuck moved to the ad agency side as Vice President, Marketing for a mid-sized Greensboro-based ad agency, where he was responsible for the agency's retail and consumer products accounts. Chuck led the agency team that developed strategies and program elements for Doral & Co., a relationship marketing program that was ranked #2 out of 600 programs by the Direct Marketing Association.

Chuck is a founding partner of Quixote Group, and serves as President and Chief Operating Officer.

He considers Calvin of Calvin and Hobbes his role model, and has one of the only known Super Hero Arm Pit collections in the Southeast. Or the world, for that matter!

Chuck is married with two great children, and is most likely to be found somewhere on his bicycle when not at the office.
